 | DeliveryOur standard delivery to the UK including Northern Ireland is FREE! If the item is in stock we will despatch your order within 48 hours, the majority of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday when there is a Bank Holiday). Should there be any problems with your order, we will contact you immediately to discuss the options. Should this be unsatisfactory we will, without any delay, offer you a full refund. Smaller orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post and larger orders will be despatched by UPS next day courier service. A signature will be required for courier delivery to ensure safe receipt. For overseas orders, the delivery charge will be calculated automatically at checkout. The charge is based purely on the weight of the order. All orders under 2kg in weight will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail and larger orders will be sent by UPS couriers. Our products come in all shapes and sizes and as an environmentally aware company we sometimes recycle the suppliers packaging if it is the correct shape for the product to be sent safely to you instead of trying to match it to one of our own standard size boxes. |
