How long does delivery take?

Most UK deliveries arrive within 48 hours of you placing your order.

We will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and despatched. All orders are posted using first class post or by next day courier for large or heavier items.

If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.

You should allow between 7 and 14 days for orders to destinations outside of the UK.

If your order is required for a special date, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can advise you more specifically of your expected order delivery date.

Tots n Toys cannot be held liable for any item that has been despatched in a timely manner but is subject to delays in the postal or courier services.

 

How much does Delivery Cost?

Postage and shipping costs are completely free to United Kingdom addresses regardless of the cost of your order. This includes Northern Ireland.


For customers outside of the UK additional postage costs will be calculated for you at checkout based on the weight of your order.

 

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes.  For your peace of mind our payment service provider, Sagepay, provide the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet. 

We never see your credit or debit card details, instead Sagepay process your payment and do their own security checks before telling us if your payment has been accepted.

 

What if I change my mind about my purchase?

You can return your item(s) at your cost to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a complete refund or exchange.

All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.

You are strongly advised to obtain a certificate of posting when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.

In the first instance, please contact us to confirm your order is acceptable for a return. Please remember to include your original order number when communicating with us.
