Loyalty Points

With Tots 'n' Toys loyalty scheme you will automatically earn points everytime you shop with us. You can then use these points towards future purchases.

For each £1 you spend you will be awarded 1 loyalty point.  Each loyalty point is worth £0.05.

You do not need to have a minimum amount of points to redeem these points and the points are vaild for 12 months. The points can not be exchanged for cash nor are they transferable.

To redeem your points make sure you sign into your account with us and any points available to spend will be shown in the check-out section. Just click on the box next to use points and then click on update basket.  The discount will then be applied to your order.

Our improved website, now includes the opportunity to add Product Reviews.

We have introduced this feature as we know how beneficial it is to read the points of view from other customers who have purchased and used the product.

Therefore we are looking for helpful customers who would be willing to add their reviews to our site.

You can submit a review on the individual product page for the item you are reviewing. You just need to sign into or create an account in the top right hand corner first.

Each month we will randomly select one of our reviewers to receive 100 loyalty points which can be used towards any future purchase within 12 months.
