 | Our HistoryTots 'n' Toys was established in 2005. We are family run business operating from a warehouse unit in Gillingham, Kent. Being parents ourselves we appreciate what is important to our customers. We work hard to continually improve our service to you. Firstly, sourcing the right products, constantly looking for new ideas. This is truely a family task as I am ablely assisted by my own young children who attend trade fairs with me to provide their viewpoint and they have totally road-tested many of our toys. We also take every opportunity to develop our systems to ensure your buying experience is as easy as possible. We know how it feels to buy on the internet, once you have bought something - you want it now! We will do our utmost to ensure this happens. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, before, during and after sales. We are happy to give you as much honest reliable advice you need to make a decision and keep you informed if we can not dispatch your order straight away. We do listen to our customer feedback and if we hear that a product is no longer suitable or our product information could be clearer then we quickly react to put this right.
