Returns

We offer all of our customers a full 14-day no-quibble returns and refund guarantee!  Simply return the items you bought from us unused and in their original packaging and we will be happy to refund your purchase.

Please note, items returned to us in an unacceptable condition, used or opened will not be refunded.

Please email returns@totsntoys.co.uk with the reason for wanting to return the item(s).

Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you. Please ensure you enclose a note with your invoice number so that we can associate the return with you in order to process the refund.

Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office and send them to:

Please obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from your Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost on return to us.

Returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact us on 01634 718123 or email returns@totsntoys.co.uk if there is any problem with you order so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible with the minimum of fuss to you.
