We will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and despatched.  Orders are despatched by Royal Mail First Class. Larger items are sent by Next Day Couriers.
 
Orders typically take between 1 and 5 days to arrive.  If an item is out of stock then delivery may take up to 28 days. If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.

If your order is required for a special date, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can advise you more specifically of your expected order delivery date.

Tots n Toys cannot be held liable for any item that has been despatched in a timely manner but is subject to delays in the postal or courier services.

You can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a complete refund or exchange. All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.

We will only accept the return of 'wheeled' goods for exchange or refund, (ie. pushchairs and prams) providing they have their original packaging and have not been used on a hard surface. Basically keep the pushchair on your carpet & then put it straight back into the box if you do not like it.

For larger item such as pushchairs if you want to return it to us - give us a call and we will arrange a courier collection on our account at between £10-12 (less than driving back & forward to your local high street!)

You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.

In the first instance, please contact us to confirm your order is acceptable for a return. Please remember to include your original order number when communicating with us.
