Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept debit and credit card payment, including Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Solo and Amercian Express.

Alternative ways to Order

If you are unsure about placing an order through our online shop, you are welcome to call us instead. Please call us using the details on our contact us page and we will be happy to assist you, we can take card payments over the telephone.

Overseas Customers

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Delivery

Postage and shipping costs are completely free to United Kingdom addresses regardless of the cost of your order. This includes Northern Ireland. 

We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address - please note that this does not apply for orders shipped to an international destination.

All orders are posted using first class post or by next day courier for large or heavier items.

Delivery Schedule

Most orders are delivered within 1 to 5 working days.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order.

Tax Charges

All prices are inclusive of British sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

Product Standards

All products included in this website are manufactured to the highest standards and all the toys carry CE approval.

By displaying the CE standard mark, you can be assured that our toys have all been thoroughly tested for safety and are suitable for children aged 3 and upwards.

On occasion the colour or shade of some items may vary from those displayed.

Returns

You can return your item(s) at your cost to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a complete refund or exchange.

Complaints

We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Orders Not Collected

Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage.   Your statutory rights are not affected.

We do not disclose buyers information to third parties.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing the highest possible quality of service. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and according to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

Information collected; We collect the information you supply to us through enquiry and registration forms and every time you e-mail us. We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. The information obtained in this way is only used in aggregate form and as such cannot be used to identify you. This aggregate information is used to build up marketing profiles aid strategic development and audit usage of the site. We do not send out any unsolicited marketing material to any of our customers.
